Etnadolce boasts of a innovative productive and commercial structure, whilst able to maintain strong ties with the oldest pastry-making tradition and efficiently serving a niche market. Beside the desire to maintain an artisanal setup, the company is able to both satisfy the most specific of requests as well as constantly updating the wide range of products for a total of 13 production lines and more of 250 variants. It extends over 1200 square meters, employing around 14 direct production employees, all expert pastry chefs, and an addition of 20 seasonal workers needed during the busiest moment in production between the months of September and December. The cake production reaches up to 1.200 kg per day, and is projected to keep growing. Etnadolce favors to maintain direct interaction with its partners, aims at improving collaboration, and allows for frequent visits. Thanks to an expert communication team that strives to constantly renew and improve its products, the Company is able to offer personalized and exclusive solutions, together with the most efficient services.
